Terms of Service for the public hosted Territorial Point System Bot:

By using any of the win-tracking, equal moderation commands or signing up and tracking points through the bettertt website, you agree to the following terms:
a) Territorial Point System or anyone involved in this project are NOT liable for any data loss or incorrect point tracking through any cause. This also applies to damage done due to faulty configuration from the server moderators (e.g. setting an admin role as a reward).
b) The services provided by the bot and related data may become inaccessible at any time without any reasoning
c) Abusive behaviour which may affect other bot users (e.g. intentional spam of time-costly operations to slow the bot down) or manipulation of affected systems will lead to a block from all related services
d) Server moderators are responsible to moderate the user points of their server using appropriate commands. If a server doesn't get properly moderated, action like removal from the public api might be taken

Additionally all licensing terms of the original License (MIT) apply.
