Privacy Policy for the public hosted Territorial Point System Bot:
Make sure the bots username is Territorial Point System#7869
Territorial Point System stores only very limited data, required to fulfill it's purpose.
The data about individual users is limited to:
- the discord id (a public numeric identifier)
- total points and wins for each utc-day and discord server.
This data is fully accessible through bot commands on the specific server the points were added in.
Additionally the lifetime points for each server are accessible through our public API and may be visible in third-party applications
Server owners agree to allow saving of additional information about the configured environment:
- the discord server id
- channel ids of win submission channels, the log channel and update notes channel
- role ids of moderation roles
- role ids of configured reward roles (if any)
- other boolean configuration options
This data is not accessible outside the specific server or traceable to the user in any way.
Messages sent in servers which use the bot conatining a mention of the bot are getting parsed to identify commands.
No message content or direct statistics are saved. The invoked command as well as parameters are processed to give an according response.
The full source code of the Bot as well as it's api can be found on Github. The public hosted version, this Privacy Policy applies to, was not modified in any way.
When the bot leaves or gets kicked from a server, the data related to the operation on that specific server is deleted within a few seconds.
If you want your personal data to be deleted, use the removedata slash command.
Note that both these actions are irreversible.
